Class Description:  Nothing will complement a contemporary home or apartment more than a gorgeous reclaimed wood coffee table.  Made from 100 year old, rough-sawn Douglas Fir beams, our coffee table will be the absolute conversation piece of any living room. And as if the amazing design and impressive size of the table were not great enough, this class is perfect for complete beginners and takes only ONE DAY! Students will finish constructing their tables in class to take home that same day to finish (stain, polyurethane, paint, etc.) however they like.

Sizing: Each student will have materials to make a table up to 30″ wide x 48″ long x 17-1/2″ tall.  Table top sizes can be customized smaller if desired but no credits will be given for unused materials.  If a larger table top is desired and if longer material is available at the time of class, additional materials can be purchased for $25 per square foot of table top surface greater than the standard size.

Important to Know: At the end of this course you will have an assembled project ready for you to touch-up sand and finish (stain, oil, poly, paint, etc.) on your own however you like.  In class we will give you direction for several different finishing methods. We also have a wonderful finishing outline to help guide you after class. Alternatively, we can professionally finish your table for you, please ask for details.
