We currently teach cabinet making as 1-on-1 private lessons. Â Private instruction is only $70/hour for one-on-one sessions. Two-on-one sessions are $100/hour and three-on-one sessions are $120/hour.Â Call us to discuss! 267-331-5880.

Class Description:Â This class, like the rest of our Essentials Series, utilizes aÂ wide variety of machines and tools throughout our woodshop toÂ construct a gorgeous and versatile cabinet out of two gorgeous hardwoods. You will receive hands-on experience with our tablesaws, milling machines, router tables, hand planes, sanders and hand tools to build from scratch your own beautiful birdseye maple and black walnut cabinet. We will take your woodworking skills to the next level as weÂ build together this cabinet using aÂ variety of joinery techniques applicable to many more projects! Students can choose 1, 2 or 3 shelves to match their needs! This class, again like Â Essentials: A Beautiful Box,Â Essentials: An Elegant TableÂ and Home & Lifestyle: Cedar Planter BoxÂ focuses heavily on woodshop safety and proper usage of almost allÂ of the machines in our shop!

Please Note:Â Â At the end of this course you will have an assembled, sanded project ready for you to finish on your own however you like. Â In class we will give you direction for several different finishing methods. We also have a wonderfulÂ finishing outlineÂ to help guide you after class.Â Alternatively, we can professionally finish your cabinet for you, please ask for details.
